Ok. We'll crank up the contrast so see the damage more clearly.

Wow. The whole right side of The Face is destroyed. (Our left side as we look at it.) Was it forced down from outside, or did it collapse from inside? If it was solid and destroyed from the outside, we would expect to see craters. But if it was hollow inside, it might sink in at several places and leave irregular depressions. Could it be a structure that had a hollow inner area? We don't know. Next, let's take The Face's good right side and copy it to the left side.

Wow! That looks a lot more like a "grey"! Now let's exaggerate the elevation a little.

Now we see an alien's face framed by a pointed wall that's flat at the bottom and rounded at the top.
